In the endearing locality of Quemado de Güines in northern Villaclareño of Cuba, the hand of God has been powerfully manifested since 2016, although it was in 2018 when the missionary work flourished with renewed vigor. In this place, where spiritual need cries out to heaven, a church rises up that has been the seedbed of courageous missionaries, sent to proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ to the ends of the earth. Guided by the love of Christ and the vision of the Kingdom, the missionaries Jorge and Claudia have led this work with faithfulness and dedication, seeing how the Lord adds each day those who are to be saved.
Today, this congregation, which has about 120 souls thirsty for the truth, faces new challenges that invite us to unite in prayer for this community so that they can extend their premises to welcome more people and preach the gospel. In addition, to reach those who live in more remote areas, let us pray that the Lord in his divine will provide a more suitable means of transportation, such as an electric tricycle, which will allow them to take the message of hope and eternal life to every corner of the city.
We firmly believe that God will hear our prayers and provide according to His will. Let us unite in faith and cry out together for the advancement of God’s Kingdom in Quemado de Güines! To Him be all the glory!
