Amidst the rural tranquility of La Sabana—located in the municipality of Camajuaní, Villa Clara, Cuba—a group of 17 members gathers regularly under the leadership of missionary Lester García Méndez.
Although the local population exceeds 300 people, regular meetings draw a congregation of about 20 faithful. However, attendance rises to between 25 and 30 people for special events. Despite their small numbers, faith and steadfastness make a real difference in this Camajuaní community.
This group of believers demonstrates that numbers are no obstacle to spiritual impact.
Missionary Lester García Méndez, who leads this ministry, has successfully encouraged the members to persevere. Despite the challenges, the results are evident during special activities, which manage to mobilize nearly a third of the local population. Without extensive infrastructure or resources, this small group continues to be a light in the community.
