The proclamation of the good news of Jesus Christ is not a mere biblical suggestion, but an explicit and central mandate of the Christian faith. God has entrusted us to preach his glorious gospel to the ends of the earth, trusting that He will save, according to His will, those who believe in the cross of Christ. As a church, we understand this, and it has been our fervent desire to go out and preach in various places in our area, and even to some somewhat distant places.
On this occasion, we reached the community of Las Tosas, a small settlement northwest of the city of Sancti Spíritus. A group of brothers and sisters, along with missionary Osvalmy Jaramillo, were able to preach the message of salvation to a group of community residents, who were ready to hear the good news of salvation in Christ.
Let us pray that God continues to commission His people to proclaim His gospel, not only in this city but in every corner of the Earth. May God’s name be proclaimed and his kingdom grow!
