Last weekend, we had an experience in Las Tosas that fills us with gratitude. Together with the IBAS Baptist Church of Sancti Spíritus and missionary Osvalmy, we took to the streets to fulfill the commission the Lord has given us.
The tangible outcome was: 🔹 15 people heard the Gospel. 🔹 0 people raised their hands to receive Christ.
Is this a failure? For us, it is the greatest lesson in perseverance.
We often measure success by immediate conversions, but true success lies in obedience to the call. Seeing our brothers and sisters preach boldly—despite not seeing instant fruit—reminds us that faith is demonstrated through steadfastness.
We are sowers. Some water, others plant, but only God gives the growth. The unity between the believers from Sancti Spíritus and missionary Osvalmy provided the spiritual fuel we needed to understand that the Kingdom of God is built through faithfulness, not just statistics.
Let us continue to pray for those 15 people. The seed has been sown.
