On Saturday, September 12, a group of believers from the Antorcha de Salvación (Torch of Salvation) Baptist Church visited the mission in Entronque de Guasimal, Sancti Spíritus, Cuba.
A Bible school session was held there with children from the community—a day that brought blessing and joy to every participant.
We thank God that 21 children, along with several adults, attended and participated enthusiastically in the gathering. During the event, five professions of faith were made—a cause for great rejoicing for the Entronque de Guasimal mission.
This highlights the importance of sharing the Gospel with children, as God can transform hearts at an early age and prepare them to receive the truth. As Scripture teaches, it is essential to instruct a child in the way they should go, so that even in old age they will not depart from it.
Therefore, bringing the Word to the youngest among us is like sowing a seed that the Lord can cause to germinate and bear the fruit of salvation.
The Entronque de Guasimal mission is served by missionary Osvalmy Jaramillo. We lift him up in prayer, along with the believers who—with willing hearts—seek to preach the Gospel to both children and adults in this community. Let us also pray that the Kingdom of God continues to expand in Entronque de Guasimal.
